How come I could not find this basemap via "Add Data from ArcGIS Online" in ArcMap... I tried all of the tags and layer name but I could see this layer on the seach results
Thanks Andy for explaining... this is a sweet basemap for some mapping projects... would be nice to have this in ArcMap in the future...
Ramon - the Vector maps are accessible through the ArcGIS Pro application. In Pro, you can "Add Data" and search the Living Atlas. Even using just "Night" as a search term. This will add the "World Street Map (Night)" Vector Tile layer (clickable link in the Layers section above), not this web map.
