Description

The map shows a count of people who say their highest educational attainment was a graduate degree, such as a master's, PhD, MD or similar.

The U.S. Census Bureau asks citizens to indicate how far they went in formal education. The database includes seven different attribute columns, each representing a count of population by that education level. In this map, the color represents the count and the size of the symbol represents a count of people holding a graduate degree.

This kind of map can be created in ArcGIS Online by choosing two fields and using the Unique Symbols & Size style.
